Reflection
Journaling prompts.
You do not need to write pages. Pick one prompt, set a timer for five minutes, and write honestly. There is no wrong answer, and no one else has to read it.
Morning intention
- What is one thing I want to bring into today?
- Where do I want to be gentle with myself?
- What is the smallest useful thing I can do first?
- Who might need a word from me today?
- If today goes well, what will be true tonight?
Evening reflection
- What is one thing I am glad happened today?
- Where did I show up the way I wanted to?
- Where did I fall short, and what would I do differently?
- What did I learn about myself?
- What can I let go of before sleep?
Working through a hard feeling
- What am I actually feeling, in one word?
- Where do I feel it in my body?
- What story am I telling myself about this?
- What would I say to a friend feeling this?
- What is one small step that would help, even a little?
Gratitude without cliches
- What is something small that worked in my favor today?
- Who has quietly made my life easier this week?
- What is a comfort I would miss if it were gone?
- What is something about my body I am grateful for right now?
- What is a memory that still makes me smile?
Values check-in
- What matters most to me right now?
- Where is my time going, and does that match?
- What am I doing out of fear rather than choice?
- What would the person I want to be do this week?
- What is one thing I want to say yes to, and one thing I want to say no to?
